Bashir Ahmad, President Muhammadu Buhari’s Special Assistant on Digital Communications, has stated that Ethiopian Airlines is a major shareholder in Nigeria Air. Nigerians should expect to see more Ethiopian Airlines aircraft in Nigeria Air, according to Ahmad. Since the arrival of the Nigeria Air aircraft, there have been claims that it was leased from Ethiopian Airlines.
