Lagos – Ethiopian Airlines, the foreign carrier with the highest passenger volume in Nigeria in 2017, has received recognition in the country for its excellent service delivery to its clients and contributions to the global aviation industry. A statement by Ethiopian Airlines’ media consultant in Nigeria, said that the award organised by African Institute for Leadership Excellence is held annually by the company. The organisers led by Dr. Stanley Ohemhen, the Chairman of the General Committee of the institute outlined the values that qualified Ethiopian Airlines for the award at the ceremony. The Award was received on Behalf of Ethiopian Airlines by Mrs. Firihiewot Mekonnen the General Manager of the airline in Nigeria. “Ethiopian Airlines, the only Skytrax 4 star Airline in Africa is now flying to five destinations in Nigeria; Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna and Enugu.
