Prime Minister of Ethiopia Abiy Ahmed has expressed his government’s interest to the 2020 World Economic Forum. He expressed his interest today at World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos, Switzerland speaking with the founder of the WEF, Professor Klaus Schwab. In a related development, at the sidelines of the 2019 World Economic Forum, PM Abiy Ahmed has also met interim President of the World Bank Group, Kristalina Georgieva. “PM Abiy appreciated the robust & strong technical & financial support & asked for the support of the World Bank Group to be sustained. The World Bank Group remains Ethiopia’s reliable partner for development finance & expertise.
