He said that the current partnership has yet to meet the expectations of the Ethiopian and Vietnamese governments and people. Ambassador Doanh suggested that the Ethiopian Foreign Ministry soon re-organise a visit of Prime Minister Hailemariam Desalegn to Vietnam, which was postponed in October last year. The ambassador also proposed that the Ethiopian Government create favourable conditions for Vietnam’s Viettel Group to invest in Ethiopia.
