LAHORE: Ethiopian Ambassador Jamal Bakar Abdullah says Pakistan and Ethiopia are facing problems due to climate change and both states should have to work jointly to address the issue. He was speaking to media at the Lahore Press Club on Saturday.Mr Abdullah said Ethiopia, called a `running nation’, was ready to give training to Pakistani athletes. He said Pakistani women were strong and empowered as Maryam Nawaz had become chief minister of the largest province of the country. He said Benazir Bhutto also became prime minister of Pakistan and it showed that the women of the country were strong and empowered. Mr Abdullah further said that Ethiopian Airline was successfully operating from Karachi and they would also launch the service from Lahore and Islamabad after Ramazan.
