Ethiopia Releases South Sudan GeneralJanuary 26, 2018 - A South Sudanese army general, who was under the custody of Ethiopian Administration for Refugees Affairs for illegal entry, has been released. The Brigadier General Mun Gach Thoch was released on Thursday after spending nearly two months in Ethiopian prison, according to South Sudanese officials representing the SPLM-IO.
