Addis Abeba — The opposition Afar People's Party (APP) called on the "International Community to address the humanitarian crisis taking place in Northern part of Afar Region with urgent humanitarian assistance." It also said the international community should "pressure TPLF to withdraw immediately and unconditionally from Afar Regional State and respect the constitutional sovereignty of Afar Regional State."
