Ethiopia, Liberia Agree to Work Together in Multiple AreasFebruary 28, 2017 - Ethiopia and Liberia have agreed to cooperate in social and economic development areas., according to ENAPrime Minister Hailemariam Dessalegn and Liberian President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf held discussion here today. The leaders, who conferred on enhancing further bilateral relations, have agreed to cooperate in economic and social development spheres. According to him, the development cooperation will provide good experience with respect to speeding up and strengthening economic and social development of the continent. He noted that the countries will work together for the successful accomplishment of sustainable development goals and ensuring peace and stability in Africa. She said the development policy and strategy Ethiopia is following can be exemplary to Liberia and other African countries as well.
