The price of ether rose above $500 today, reaching its latest all-time high. Ether experienced these gains as the broader digital currency space attracted some very strong inflows, according to analysts. Interestingly enough, the broader digital currency market's total value rose to more than $345 billion today around 14:00 UTC today. Charles Hayter, co-founder and CEO of digital currency platform CryptoCompare, offered similar input. The fact that ether and the broader crypto market both rose and fell in tandem only provides more evidence of their relationship.
