Naa Dedei Omedru made the remarks in an interview with the media when she arrived from the United States after short holidays. She was welcomed at the Kotoka International Airport by representatives of the Ga Traditional Council led by the Nii Doudu Nsaki III, the Otublohum Mantse and acting president of the Ga Traditional Council. Naa Dedei Omedru III was enstooled Ga Manye in 1963 at the age of 29 years and has ruled for 53 years till date. Throughout her reign, she has demonstrated extraordinary sense of Ga customs and fairness by seeking the welfare of women especially queen mothers in the Ga state.
