And Dick admitted the pandemic had made for a "tough" year-and-a-half, revealing his appreciation that his family stuck together to support one another in lockdown. He added: "We’ve been quite lucky, as a family I think we’ve come through it well. The first thing I saw when I met Angel - I call her Angela - was her smile. In contrast, Angel never had any doubt about Dick, confessing she "just didn't think about" the age gap. In fact, Angel was so serious about starting a family that she set Dick a baby deadline when they were 16 months into their relationship.
