Erling Haaland has been garnering plenty of attention from German clubs and even visited two clubs this week, but it looks as though he still favours a move to Manchester United. It looks increasingly likely that Haaland will leave Red Bull Salzburg in the January transfer window as teams ramp up their interest in signing the young forward. Players who have emerged at Salzburg often make the step up to parent club RB Leipzig, much like Naby Keita, Amadou Haidara and Brighton defender Bernardo. Freund also added that Haaland was shown around Borussia Dortmund with the German outfit keen to bolster their attacking options.
