West Bromwich Albion are interested in former Manchester United coach Eric Ramsay as they look to fill their managerial vacancy. The Baggies sacked head coach Ryan Mason on Tuesday after a 10th successive away defeat left them 18th in the Championship table, seven points above the relegation zone. Ramsay, 33, is currently in his first senior managerial role with Major League Soccer side Minnesota United, leading them to back-to-back Conference play-off semi-finals. Prior to his move to the United States, the Shrewsbury-born Welshman was a first-team coach at Manchester United under Eric ten Hag and took on an assistant coach role with the Wales men's team. Ramsay was linked with Albion in the summer before the head coach role was eventually given to Mason.
