Turkey has begun taking delivery of the S-400 air-defense missile system from Russia, despite U.S. warnings about potential sanctions. The U.S. and NATO don’t have much choice now other than to rethink whether Turkey still belongs in the alliance. At a minimum this should mean the end of Turkey’s participation in the F-35 fighter program. U.S. officials say that the Russian technicians who will help Turkey run the highly capable S-400 will be in position to compromise the integrity of NATO defense systems, which operate together....
