Moroccan nationals and foreign residents and their families can finally enter Morocco starting on July 15 provided they take a coronavirus test 48 hours in advance, the government said. The same categories are also allowed to leave the country with students having to submit a special permission to authorities, the government said in a statement. Morocco has resume domestic travel including through rail and air but kept its airports closed to international traffic. The ban on international flights took a toll on tourism, which is yet to see light at the end of the Covid-19 tunnel. Operators urged state assistance to keep infrastructure and jobs and be able to restart activity.
