Dr Enos Ned Banda is the Founder of Freetel Capital (Pty) Limited and serves as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Dr Banda served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eskom Enterprises (Pty) Limited at Eskom Holdings SOC Limited. Dr Banda served as the Chairman of the National Electricity Regulator and Chairman of the Municipal Infrastructure Investment Unit of the SA Government. He has advised the South African government in mining, privatization of Telkom, infrastructure project finance and major cross border projects. He is a South African Entrepreneur and Investment Banker who provides Mergers and Acquisition advice and engages in proprietary investments.
