Rinks, paths popping upCrews found and cordoned off a patch of open water next to a path walkers had created on the creek. The city doesn't monitor ice conditions on rivers, waterways or ponds and warns they are unpredictable and change rapidly. As of Friday, there were 22 open city rinks, with more on the way.
