Eni and Libya’s National Oil Corporation (NOC) have hit the market with a revised tender covering modification work on the Sabratha platform, as part of their huge Structures A&E oil, condensate, natural gas and carbon dioxide sequestration project. Structures A&E involves two huge new platforms feeding liquids, gas and CO 2 to markets and storage facilities via existing infrastructure, including Sabratha.
