The new round brings the California-based enhanced water startup’s total funding to $11.6 million to date, according to Lemon Perfect’s CEO and founder Yanni Hufnagel, who launched the company in 2017 to bring nutrients to cold-pressed lemon water that is suitable to everyone’s palate. Yanni Hufnagel had been a basketball coach for 10 year before launching Lemon Perfect. “I believe we can grow threefold from 2020 to 2021, and achieve $10 million in sales,” Hufnagel said.
