England earned a narrow 1-0 win against Austria in their first pre-tournament friendly ahead of Euro 2020. It was the first international goal of the Arsenal youngster's career and marked an impressive individual performance. Gareth Southgate rang the changes soon afterwards and England lost their rhythm, with Austria pushing for an equaliser late on. They were denied right at the death when substitute Ben White cleared Alessandro Schopf's effort off the line. England kick off their Euro 2020 campaign against Croatia on June 13, in only 11 days' time.
