England rugby chiefs announced on Tuesday that Tonga would kick-start their November Test programme at Twickenham. England last faced Tonga at the 2019 Rugby World Cup, winning 35-3 in the group stages. "This match will continue our rivalry from the World Cup, where we had a good, tough game against them," said Jones. "They produce a lot of good players and play physical, exciting rugby." England finished this year's Six Nations in fifth place, but swept aside the United States and Canada earlier this month.
