ECB chairman confirmed that they have recommitted to a proper tour to Pakistan next year. Michael Holding accuses the ECB of ‘western arrogance’ after England’s withdrawal from their tour of Pakistan. Pakistan cricket suffered due to these hasty decisions that came as set back to the efforts to revive the international cricket in the country. “The ECB statement doesn’t wash with me. Former England captain David Gower, in his statement, also criticised England and Wales Cricket Board, for their decision to withdraw from Pakistan tour without any justifiable cause.
