On May 7, borough residents can take part in elections across Enfield and all 32 London boroughs, but must register in advance if they are not already on the electoral register. Once registered, residents will receive confirmation from Enfield Council’s electoral services team. The deadline to register to vote is April 20, at 11.59pm. The deadline to apply for a postal vote is 5pm on Tuesday 21 April 2026, but residents must have registered to vote before requesting a postal vote. Mr Scott added: "If you vote at your local polling station in person, it is essential to produce valid photo ID."
