End intolerance, MP hopefull urges as business burnt

A Kimilili MP hopeful yesterday condemned burning of a business belonging to an MCA hopeful, in what appeared to have been fuelled by political rivalry. Didmus Barasa of JP told the Star in Bungoma town that this level of intolerance must not be permitted as it pollutes the political environment and is a recipe for chaos. The business belonged to Ben Miringo, a Kimilili JP MCA aspirant. Barasa said he would donate 20 iron sheets to Miringo and urged the county government to help him recover. I urge losers to support the victors to ensure we strengthen our party in this region,” Barasa said.
