Abbey Dawber was store manager of Vintage Rose Fashion in Northlands Shopping Centre from September 2016. On April 21, Hannah Kearns and mother, business co-owner Sharon Kearns, told Dawber she would be immediately demoted, with a pay decrease to $18 an hour. ERA member David Appleton's judgment said, though the Kearns claimed Dawber was not demoted, the evidence "contradicted" it.
