An elderly woman in south Delhi's Govindpuri was allegedly stabbed by her employee at her store, the police said on Thursday. However, the 22-year-old identified as Rohit allegedly committed suicide soon after committing the act. However, family members of the accused, who has allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself by a saree to the ceiling fan, was rather tortured by the police. Reshma Devi, Rohit's mother, a resident of Sangam Vihar said, "I had received a call from the employer's son asking why he had not reported on time for work. Chinmoy Biswal DCP (South east) said, "A case has been registered while inquest proceedings in the alleged suicide of Rohit are being conducted at the Sangam Vihar police station."
