It didn’t take long for rookie cornerback Emmanuel Forbes to show his new team his ability to create turnovers. Forbes and Washington’s other rookie and first-year players were in town for the first day of rookie minicamp Friday. In 7-on-7 action, Forbes jumped a route, picking off quarterback Tim DeMorat. Forbes stepped in front of quarterback Tim DeMorat’s pass intended for Kyric McGowan, secured the pass in stride and began sprinting for the end zone.
