Jacinda Ardern announces entry into New Zealand from India will be temporarily halted from April 11 after a surge in border cases. Emirates has stopped accepting any passengers on flights into Auckland whose journey started in India or have been in India any time in the 14 days prior to their flight. JOHN SELKIRK/Stuff Emirates boosted its New Zealand frequency at the end of March to six Auckland-Dubai flights per week. The restriction would not impact outbound passengers travelling from New Zealand to India. Singapore Airlines spokesman Karl Schubert said it had not been accepting passengers flying from India to New Zealand.
