Eminem 's fans were left horrified after #RIPEminem began trending on Twitter following a disturbing tweet from a fan which has now been deleted. Despite that, Twitter descended into chaos as the hashtag exploded - leaving fans worried and scared the worst has happened. Another concerned fan wrote: "Why is #ripeminem trending he is alive stop doing this it’s 2020 aka the worst year of all time."
