Dramatic footage released by the RNLI captured their All-Weather Lifeboat being battered by enormous waves as crews scoured the water for the submerged vehicle, reports Devon Live. Meanwhile, a separate statement from Brixham Coastguard Rescue Team reported: "Friday night at 21.06 Brixham Coastguard Rescue Team were tasked to Torquay following reports of a car and driver believed to be in difficulty.
