Tangatanga MPs from Embu have said they support National Assembly Speaker Justin Muturi's presidential aspirations but asked him to join forces with Deputy President William Ruto. Runyenjes MP Erick Muchangi and nominated colleague Cecily Mbarire said both Ruto and Muturi should run on a joint ticket. Embu ODM chairman Moses Wamuuru earlier this week said Muturi lacks presidential qualities. Muchangi said all Embu leaders should support Muturi to assure more development in the county. "As the Mt Kenya East MPs, we say that Justin Muturi is our heir and we support him 100 per cent on his presidential bid.
