Elon Musk, a billionaire, wants to establish a city called Snailbrook near Austin, Texas, home to his Boring and SpaceX companies. Musk and his subordinates described the future facility as a kind of utopia, where employees of related companies could live and work. The Boring division of Texas district of Bastrop is 55 kilometers from Austin, the state capital, where Musk and his entourage work. In Travis and Bastrop counties in Texas, Elon Musk owned land. Construction of the SpaceX facility in Bastrop County will begin in February 2023.
