Ellen said that Portia told her around 7.30pm: "I'm not feeling well. And she says, 'Yeah, I'm okay.' And I said, 'Well you're okay if you're playing Twister by yourself, but you're not okay. Ellen then joked that Portia offered tickets to The Ellen DeGeneres in exchange for more medication to ease the pain she was in but that didn't work as "that's the rules."
