Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) responded to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell declaring special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation is closed by saying that if anyone else besides the President of the United States had done what's documented in Mueller's report, "they'd be arrested."
