isn’t a huge fan of Attorney General Jeff Sessions. Warren vocally opposed Sessions’ nomination and has continued to speak out against him. But the Democratic lawmaker took her criticism one step further on Monday, saying that Sessions “needs to be fired” if allegations that that he lied under oath during his confirmation hearings are true. Former FBI director James Comey, who Trump fired last month at least partly over the inquiry, testified in front of the Senate last week. Sessions is set to appear before the Senate on Tuesday in a public hearing, where he’s expected to be grilled on Russia.
