The bride, 27, is a military legislative assistant in Washington for Senator Patty Murray, Democrat of Washington State. She graduated from Hamilton College in Clinton, N.Y.She is the daughter Margaret F. Riley of Charlottesville and the late David W. Foster. The bride’s mother is a professor of law at the University of Virginia School of Law. The groom, 30, is the press secretary in Washington for Senator Kamala Harris, Democrat of California.
