The principal of Western Province Preparatory School (WPPS), where a retired teacher is facing sexual assault charges allegedly committed almost 40 years ago, said he was "deeply disturbed" that his pupils may have fallen victim to the man wanted in the UK for similar crimes. David Price, 76, taught at the independent Anglican Church school in Claremont for a short period in the early 1970s and for a longer tenure in the 1980s, during which a former pupil alleges he was abused. Charges were laid against Price last month, resulting in his arrest.
