Electrician and mechanic converts Dublin Bus depot into beekeeping grounds

An electrician and mechanic has converted an used waste area in a Dublin Bus depot into beekeeping grounds. Paul Granger, who is based in Phibsboro, came up with the idea of creating bee hives in the workplace. “Now, we’ve the two hives here in Phibsboro and we’ve introduced them to the Broadstone garage as well. We’d be manipulating hives, we’d have a swarm control, we manage the hives so they don’t swarm. It’s given everyone the chance to look at something outside of work while in work,” he added.
