Sir, – Here’s a thought. Viktor Orbán may or may not win the upcoming general election in Hungary. But if he does and carries on behaving like Putin’s poodle, Hungary should have its EU membership suspended. No more grants, no more loans and no free access to the single market and customs union. The Magyars are a fine people, but their prime minister is a disgrace.
