Soi was to defend his Assistant Treasurer’s post while Chacha was also defending his Assistant Secretary General position. The current NOCK Secretary General F.K Paul is also unlikely to defend his post as he has not been cleared by the Kenya Revenue Authority. If F.K Paul is barred then it means that top four officials of NOCK will not be on the ballot. Outgoing chairman Kipchoge Keino did not return his nomination papers barring him from defending his post.
