The National Chairman, Inter-Party Advisory Council, Yabagi Sani, has charged the judicial system to show its commitment to the nation’s democratic processes. The call was not unrelated to the judgments surrounding several election petitions tribunals in the country. The judiciary must stand up — that yes, they are really for democracy. What I am seeing today is that the judiciary is not supporting democracy at all. The IPAC chairman tasked Nigerians to hold the judiciary to account.
