Election postponement will give us better time to mobilise more voters ― OgboruTHE governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta state, Chief Great Ovedje Ogboru, has declared that the postponement of Saturday’s poll will enable parties to mobilise more voters to participate in the elections. “We are not going to change the minds of the people because we have won the election for Buhari already,” he declared. “It is better late than never, so I am not surprised about the election postponement, neither will I say I’m disappointed because if INEC, in its wisdom, says they want to postpone the election to conduct a more credible election, then I think it’s the best thing to do. On whether the postponement will have an adverse effect on the party’s chances, the APC governorship candidate appealed to his supporters, who were shocked over the postponement, to be calm. “I just want you to know that ‘s postponing the election is an occupational hazard and it can happen any time.
