A number of Egyptian citizens abroad cast their ballot in the 2024 Presidential ElectionsCAIRO – 7 December 2023: Egypt’s National Election Authority (NEA) has urged Egyptians to exercise their right to vote in the upcoming 2024 Presidential Elections scheduled for 10-12 December. Bendari confirmed the NEA’s registration of 14 international organizations and 63 local organizations to observe the elections. Also, the authority approved requests of 24 embassies, 67 diplomats, 68 local groups, and 22,340 local followers to follow the process. Bendari said that the NEA has approved requests from 115 media platforms to cover the elections. Egypt is geared up for holding the 2024 Presidential Elections for citizens in the country from Sunday 10 December until Tuesday 12 December a few days after the three-day voting process for Egyptians abroad was concluded.
