“He’s offering nothing but failure and delusions,” Biden said. He added, “If President Trump and his administration had done their jobs early on in this crisis, American schools would be open, and they’d be open safely.”At one point, Biden addressed Trump directly, asking, “Mr. Negotiate a deal,” Biden said, referring to the stalled negotiations on the latest coronavirus relief package. Later, in a question-and-answer session with reporters, Biden briefly addressed his upcoming visit to Kenosha, Wis. Tony Evers (D) and that there is “an overwhelming request” that he visit the city.
