Leader of the Oppostion Judith Collins says the Government hasn't taken enough responsibility for the management of the Covid-19 response. National Party leader Judith Collins has lashed the Government for not learning the lessons of the first lockdown and for what she calls the “cluster” of management at the Auckland border.
