It can be recalled that a surprising inspection was conducted by Eleazar in Pasig and saw the scattered messy precinct. Station Commander Captain Eleno Ilustrisimo was not around during the inspection thus, two policemen on duty were chided. NCRPO Chief said this is the second time “strike two” that he saw the precinct dirty.
