The 17-years-old suspect is said to have been in the company of the deceased, who has been identified a form one student at Sirende Girls School in Trans-Nzoia County. Following the report of the victim’s disappearance witnesses said they saw her together with the suspect on Tuesday. “A watchman stumbled on two arms and a leg wrapped in a polythene bag at a petrol station while on patrol,” said Samuel Mutunga, Eldoret West Police boss.
