A man hacked his wife to death and burnt her body after a domestic quarrel in Eldoret. Eldoret East police boss John Owuor said the suspect has been arrested after the incident that occurred last night. Owuor said the man returned from the US last month and is said to have had bitter differences with his wife. Police said the suspect used a sharp panga to cut the woman all over her body. One of their neighbours said the man was recently seen pulling the woman’s hair after they quarrelled near Kapsoya centre.
