A man who allegedly killed his girlfriend and burned her body was on Wednesday arraigned in Eldoret. However, David Siloba Achala, 37, did not take a plea after his lawyer Alfred Nyairo applied to have him undergo a psychiatric examination. Nyairo said Siloba was living with a psychiatric ailment for some time. Justice Stephen Githinji ordered that Siloba be taken for medical examination and he be treated for wounds on his body. On the material day, Siloba allegedly called a neighbour to help him dump the body.
