(File photo)An elderly woman has died two days after she was injured in a low-speed crash into a tree in Canterbury. Senior Sergeant Pete Stills said the woman suffered minor injuries after crashing a car into a tree at low speed on a private right-of-way in Tai Tapu, southwest of Christchurch on Tuesday. "Things got out of control and she collided with the tree." Her age may have been a contributing factor to her death, Stills said.
